Or maybe bring my Grandma? The antics of last night's arrivals were... fresh, to say the least. Among the ladies that stepped out of their limos, we met a model, an over-emotional blogger, an enthusiastic brit, and a giant hat. The first cocktail party is always one of my favorite nights- watching the women size each other up, and the inevitable personality clashes. Lets meet some of the women that stood out on the first night.
Jenna- this is our "Melissa" of the season, well-intentioned but slightly unstable. A 27-year-old blogger from Ohio, this one made a great first impression on me. But this Carrie Bradshaw-esque love blogger crumbled under the pressure of being in a house with 24 other women- and boy did she go downhill fast. It began when Jenna felt that Monica (who we'll meet later) did not like her, and quickly progressed to Jenna's frightening conversation with herself inside the bathroom. For someone who gives love advice, she certainly lacks a supply of social skills.
Monica, 33-year-old Dental Consultant from California. I must admit I was quite pleased when she received a rose at the end of the night. This girl is what reality tv is all about. Was it her I-don't-give-a-shit attitude when it came to Jenna's theatrics, or her classic drunk girl cuddling with Blakeley?
Lyndsie J, though she didn't make it past the first rose ceremony, was one of the spunkiest girls on The Bachelor in a while. An adorable brit, she came out of the limo and recited a corny yet cute poem to Ben. She is a well traveled entrepreneur, with a fully embraced inner geek. 
Kacie B, administrative assistant, and my early pick as to who will be standing at the end. Sweet, southern, and a seemingly genuine and down-to-earth woman.18 women survived the first rose ceremony last night. Let's look forward to a great season!
